An arrest has been made at Pearson International Airport in Toronto in connection with the shooting death of a 70-year-old man near Clinton.
Donato Frigo was shot and killed while riding a horse with a female companion in Huron County on September 13.
On September 18, police issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for Boris Panovski, 70, of Scarborough.
Police said Monday that Panovski was arrested while re-entering Canada at Pearson International Airport on September 21. He has been charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder. He is expected to make a court appearance later today.
