One man is dead following a shooting in a normally quiet Surrey neighbourhood early Saturday morning.
Police responded to reports of shots being fired at a residence on the 14500 block of 83 Avenue around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday. Shortly thereafter, the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team was called.
IHIT says the shooting appears to have been targeted.
More information is expected to be released on Monday.
