Mississauga Woman, 49, dies in dive tragedy

A 49-year-old Mississauga woman has died after a scuba diving accident in the St. Lawrence River.

The OPP says the incident occurred around 2 p.m. on the St. Lawrence River about 5 km west of Brockville.

The woman was then rushed to hospital, but succumbed to her injuries a short time later.

An investigation is underway.
