Police are investigating the death of a two-year-old boy on the Waywayseecappo First Nation.
The incident occurred on Saturday, according to the RCMP press release. Members of the Dakota Ojibway Police Service are also involved in the investigation.
The name of the victim will not be released.
No further details are available at this time.
The investigation continues.
Waywayseecappo is approximately 320-kilometres northwest of Winnipeg near Riding Mountain National Park.
