Police are searching for a 19-year-old Manitoba man who hasn’t been seen since he left his home late last week.
Manitou RCMP continued to scour Pembina Valley Provincial Park in hopes of finding Travis Sukkau, whose car was found in the park around 7:15 Thursday night. RCMP said Sukkau was believed to have gone to the park on his own that day and his family became concerned when he didn’t return that night. A number of search-and-rescue units are participating, and air support has also been provided.
Sukkau is described as 5-foot-9, 160 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes. He wears square brown glasses.
Another vehicle was parked in the same area as where Sukkau’s was found but left the area prior to the police search.
Police are also asking that anyone with information about the disappearance to call them.
