In the YouTube clip that emerged from Grande’s set at the star-studded concert series that included performances from Taylor Swift, 5 Seconds of Summer, Iggy Azalea and more, Ariana Grande performed a 17-minute set, but it is around the 8-minute mark that got some fans worried for the singer. During her song “Love Me Harder,” just as Ariana Grande is about to sing the chorus, she ends up slipping on a piece of confetti and almost goes down.
In the clip, viewers hear Ariana say “Woooo, Girl, I almost died up here,” before laughing and continuing her song.
The 22-year-old singer played the whole thing off with class and grace, poking a little bit of fun at herself. She even took to her Instagram account to mock herself by posting a fans video of the moment and writing, “when u slip on confetti & almost die at madsion square garden.”
