Florence Henderson : ‘Brady Bunch’ Star Says “Sex Keeps Getting Better With Age!”

Florence Henderson might be turning 81 this Valentine’s Day, but she wants the world to know she’s still sexually active.

In a new interview with Closer Weekly, the former Brady Bunch mom reveals that even though she’ll be celebrating her 81st birthday come Valentine’s Day, “I still feel like I’m 28,” adding, “I actually have a friend with benefits!”

According to Florence Henderson, the notion that the libido shuts down in old age is a myth — at least when it comes to her. “It’s foolish to think that older people don’t enjoy sex,” she says. “It’s a big myth. There is no age limit on the enjoyment of sex. It keeps getting better.”

In the interview, Florence Henderson admits she’s a bit of a cougar. “I like to date younger men because they need to keep up with me,” she says, saying attraction isn’t about age as much as it is personality. “I like being with someone who you can talk and laugh with. If he doesn’t have a sense of humor, I am going home very early. It’s all about how you embrace life.”
