Naya Rivera took to Instagram to show off her Christmas gift from her rapper fiance, Big Sean. The “Glee” star showed off her new bling on social media for her fans.
According to US Weekly, the 26-year-old starlet got the jewelry, and revealed it on Wednesday.
Rivera, who stars alongside Lea Michele, Melissa Benoist, Blake Jenner and guest star Demi Lovato, was very surprised by the gesture of love.
“Merry Christmas. photo and gift credit @bigsean,” wrote Rivera, sharing a close-up picture of herself wearing the sparkling necklace. Meanwhile, her followers also got the chance to take a better look at her massive engagement ring, which was also pictured, said US.
Naya and Big Sean originally met while messaging over Twitter. The actress told Access Hollywood, “I had followed him, and he sent me a little message like, ‘I’m a fan’. We went to dinner and the rest is history.”
Their engagement was first revealed when Naya strutted her stuff on the red carpet of the Latina magazine Hollywood Hot List Party in Los Angeles on October 3rd. She looked sexy as usual, but the fashion statement that caught everyone’s eye was her huge, platinum and diamond micro pave engagement ring.
An expert told HollywoodLife that the ring could be worth anywhere from $50,000 to $125,000.
She later told PEOPLE in an interview that Big Sean, obviously, knows how to treat his future wife. “At the end of the day,” she said, “he knows ‘happy wife, happy life!’ So, he’s kind of like, ‘Whatever you want, babe!’”
Well, after a Christmas present like that, it seems like the rapper is well on his way to a happy life with his very happy wife.
The couple are currently planning what promises to be a stunning wedding, and Naya is still searching for her perfect wedding gown. For a first Christmas together, though, it seems like this couple is on the right track!
