Jenelle Evans reportedly took a nasty fall in her driveway and wound up having to get rushed to the hospital.
“Jenelle was going out to dinner with her boyfriend David [Eason] and friend Tori, and when she got home, everything was flooded on her street and she slipped and fell on the driveway getting out of the car,” a source says.
“She busted her knee open [too].”
The source says the reality star was taken to the hospital around midnight and released around 7 a.m. Sunday morning.
According to the report, she’s now “tired and in pain,” but recovering.
On social media, Jenelle documented her neighborhood, which has been impacted by the dangerous flooding in South Carolina.
