Jennifer Lawrence Will Say Good-bye to X-Men After Apocalypse, Lawrence broke the news to MTV at the premiere of her latest movie, Serena on Saturday, March 21.
In a recent interview, Lawrence revealed that X-Men: Apocalypse will be her last film in the franchise. As is the norm with these type of contracts, Lawrence signed on for three films – we’re guessing – and has now completed said contract.
Whether she’ll renegotiate or not is another story, but this seems pretty final to us. After all, Lawrence will be front and centre for Apocalypse as the story is said to revolve around both her and the relationship she has with Beast, played by her ex-boyfriend Nicholas Hoult.
It’ll be intriguing to see if they kill off Mystique, Lawrence’s character, or merely replace her with another actor.
