Jillian Micheals is 40 and fabulous!

The “Biggest Loser” trainer is baring it all in the July/August issue of Shape magazine, where she’s posing nude and showing off her seriously toned bod.

The fitness guru says that she feels better about herself now in her 40s than she did in her 20s.

“When I think back on my 20s and 30s, I look better now than I ever have. Yes, I’m older but I’m also wiser and that’s a more intrinsic type of beauty,” she told the magazine.

What may come as a surprise to viewers used to Michaels’ explosive personality on “The Biggest Loser” is her idea that it’s more important that people be happy with how they look than that they be as in shape as possible.

“Do I want to have a better butt?” she said “Sure, but I’m healthy and can wear my skinny jeans, and that’s good enough!”
