Singer Kimberly Caldwell rang in 2015 as a married woman after tying the knot on New Year’s Eve (31Dec14).
According to People, Kimberly, 32, and Jordan, 30, were wed Wednesday night at the Bougainvillea Estates in Palm Springs, CA. Her rep told People that Kimberly wore a custom Walter Mendez dress, and the couple asked that men arrive in black tie and women wear long, sequined gowns. In honor of the new year, the couple and guests also released Chinese lanterns at midnight.
Kimberly shared a couple of Instagram photos leading into the big night, including the cute superhero photo shown on December 29, writing, “Onesies pajama party with our families to kick off the wedding extravaganza at the Bougainvillea Estate! @jordancharvey #JKNYE #HarveyAllTheTime.”
Kimberly came in seventh on Idol Season 2. Jordan is a Major League Soccer player who currently plays for the Vancouver Whitecaps. Kim and Jordan met when he was playing with the Philadelphia Union. They’ve actually performed on stage together, since he plays guitar. You may recall that Kimberly previously dated Idol Season 7 winner David Cook, but she seems pretty happy with how things turned out with Jordan.
