Tara Reid has sparked health concerns among fans again after showcasing her super slim frame.

The American Pie actress posed in a printed floral bikini on Friday showing her HUGE thigh gap and jutting ribs in the new photographs taken as she soaked up the sun in Miami.

The 39-year-old covered her face with a pair of mirrored Ray Bans, wearing her blonde hair straight and sleek.

The actress, who recently signed up for Sharknado 3, kept her followers informed on the group’s activities via Instagram.

She posted one selfie, alongside the caption: “Another day in paradise”.

Tara Reid has constantly had to defend her weight in the past, telling TMZ last year: “I’m just a small boned girl, you see?”

She joked: “I eat, I eat, I eat, I eat. Some people eat too much you yell at them – they’re fat. I’m just what I am.”

She added: “So if you wanna get mad at me cause I’m skinny, go ahead. I am what I am.”

Tara Reid has previously admitted her surgery has left her misshapen – and her frame is certainly causing fans to worry. One fan tweeted: “Pray for Tara Reid not joke on her as she needs love and kindness.”

Talking about her surgery – after receiving negative comments online – she added: “I got lipo because even though I was skinny, I wanted – I’m not going to lie – a six-pack.

“I had body contouring, but it all went wrong. My stomach became the most ripply, bulgy thing.”

Reiterating the point, speaking to Closer magazine, Tara Reid said: “”I can’t say I’m never going to have more surgery as I don’t know how I’ll feel in a few years time.

“Right now I’m happy with my body, though. But the mental and physical pain I went through after I had the surgery was horrific.

“I went through two years of living in denial and everyone saying how bad my body was.”
