Soon-to-be -married “Modern Family” actress Sofia Vergara just dropped $US10.6 million on a villa in the heart of Beverly Hills, according to Trulia.
The 11,400-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, including a master suite with separate his and hers closets and a balcony terrace.
The listing from The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky and Farrah Aldjufrie says the 2006 property was built with “the most exquisite materials imported from Argentina.”
The home does have a dramatic flair, with a domed ceiling, a spiral staircase with ornate railing, coffered, carved ceilings, inlaid floors, and multiple fireplaces and terraces. In the basement, the home has a 3,000-bottle wine cellar and tasting room, a movie theater and a gym with a sauna.
