Brett West tries to get his ‘very single’ son a date

U.S. luge team member Tucker West isn’t coming home from Sochi with any medals, but he might have a few phone numbers — which is probably just fine with his father.

On Sunday, Brett West joined the Today Show to talk about his son, and gave him one heck of a push forward: “I just want to say to all the young ladies out there, Tucker is very single,” Brett West said, “and he’s a little shy, so you’ll have to reach out to him.” Brett Tucker noted they could reach Tucker through his Facebook page. Smooth, dad!

Afterward, Brett West said, “I am in so much trouble with Tucker.” Yeah, considering the interest Tucker will get from the ladies of the world, we think Tucker will forgive him.
