A suspected bank robber who always dons a fake beard and a covering over his nose has finally been caught by police and the FBI.
Christian Franzwa, 57, was arrested at around 11 a.m. in Everett, the city where all seven of the bank robberies occurred between June 1 and Dec. 23, 2015.
Everett Police say they learned information that shaved the list of “Beardo” suspects to just Franzwa. He was wearing something similar to a fake beard when he was arrested, police say.
Franzwa, an Everett resident, was booked for seven counts of Robbery in the 1st Degree.
