Pop and operatic singer Josh Groban has put his Malibu home on the market for about $5.5 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Groban, 32, purchased the home in 2005 for $4.125 million and had put it on lease for $23,000 a month a few years ago.
According to records, the residence is a 6138 square feet single family home sitting on a 1.8 acre lot. Comprising of four bedrooms and four full and one half bath, the multi-level home is a perfect luxury splurge.
While Groban is trying to unload his Malibu digs, he lives in New York City. He moved there after his split from model/actress January Jones in 2006.
Groban recently performed at the 59th Street Bloomingdales to celebrate the store’s holiday collection unveiling, reports CBS New York. After the performance, the singer had an in-store signing, interacting with the crowd.
