Manhattan’s first-ever Denny’s restaurant is serving up a swanky spin on low-end diner grub — complete with a $300 breakfast that pairs Grand Slams with bottles of Dom Perignon champagne.
“In seeking the prime location for Denny’s first entrance into New York, the financial capital of the world, Lower Manhattan seemed the perfect fit,” said Rahul Marwah, the Denny’s franchisee.
The restaurant also features a full-service, craft cocktail bar. It’ll be the first Denny’s with a bar.
The restaurant says it has installed sound deadening materials, pollution control filters and vibration isolation equipment that aim to keep noise, odors and vibrations to a minimum so as not to disturb people who live nearby.
The Manhattan Denny’s will be open seven days a week from 5 a.m. until midnight.
