Kate Gosselin shared a family portrait on Twitter of all eight of her children going back to school with a cameo by the family dog.
Her 12-year-old twin daughters and 10-year-old sextuplets all had their backpacks on and smiled widely in the picture posted on Thursday.

Before posting this family shot, Kate explained why it was a little late.
“Twas the first day of school today but why no traditional ‘front porch photo’ w bookbags&lunch boxes? Bc Leah is home sick on 1st day!,” she tweeted earlier in the week.
Fans hoping to see more of the Gosselins are in luck.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the famous family will return to TV for more TLC specials later this year. TLC will reportedly follow them on a family vacation which includes visits to Boston and other parts of New England.
Ex-husband Jon Gosselin is likely not pleased about this situation. Earlier this year, he slammed Kate for wanting to put the kids back on TV, saying, “I consider that exploitation,” he told In Touch.
On the other hand, Kate insists the kids love when the cameras are rolling, telling Us Weekly they “cheered like crazy” and were “very happy” when filming resumed for Kate Plus 8 three years ago.
