Police were able to locate the vehicle and a short pursuit down Second Avenue West ensued when the man refused to pull over. The driver attempted to turn onto Highway 11, but instead slid into the ditch. When the man exited the vehicle, he was completely naked and took off running from police.
Jagger the police dog was called in for assistance in locating the suspect. However, when the canine officer was able to locate the man, he bit the dog, which led to an altercation between the two.
