A Nunavut man is in police custody Saturday after a shooting incident in the community of Igloolik in which an RCMP officer was shot and wounded.
RCMP say an unidentified male fired shots at their vehicles when they responded to the call on Saturday morning.
Police say the suspect fled, but soon after, shots were fired at the RCMP detachment and other buildings in the community.
