A TTC bus driver has been charged in the collision that killed a 65 year old woman back on October 11th.
The 34-year-old man also faces charges of failing to yield to a pedestrian at a crosswalk and not making a safe turn.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 20 at Old City Hall.
He is the second GTA bus driver to be charged in a fatal crash this month. Last week, a York Region transit bus driver was charged in a September crash that killed a 75-year-old woman in Richmond Hill.
