The hunt is on for a man who tried to record cellphone images of a woman in a restroom stall at a fast food restaurant in Oshawa on Remembrance Day.
The incident happened on Tuesday just before noon at the McDonald’s in the Oshawa Centre.
A 50-year-old Whitby woman told police she had gone into a stall and noticed a cellphone being pointed up at her from the adjacent stall.
The woman quickly got dressed and when she came out to confront the man, he was gone.
The suspect is described as white, with dark, short hair.
He was wearing a black jacket, grey shirt, blue jeans and casual brown shoes.
He was holding a cellphone in a brown leather-style case and carrying a backpack.
