Ludacris buys house in Hollywood Hills

Actor-rapper Ludacris finished 2013 with a flourish, buying a home in Hollywood Hills for $4.8 million and selling a penthouse condo in West Los Angeles for $879,000, The Times has confirmed. He has a second condo for sale in the same building at $879,000.

The 5-bedroom, 5-bath luxurious villa is located on a 7,867-square-foot lot with absolutely amazing city and Hollywood Sign views. With glass walls, high ceilings, an infinity edge pool and several balconies, the home has been designed to take advantage of every bit of those spectacular views.

With 5,854 square feet, state-of-the-art electronics, a home theatre, wine cellar, bar, separate maid’s quarters and a huge master bedroom suite, this villa seems to have it all.

The master suite includes features such as dual baths, large walk-in closets, a fireplace, and private balconies. But I actually prefer some of the smaller bedrooms. The master suite is a bit too much like a hotel room for me, especially with that wet bar.

Outside, there are several seating groups, including a fire pit. I’d love to sit by that fire and just take in the city lights at night.
