Hilaria Baldwin Shows Off Her Enviable Post-Baby Body!.

Posing in lingerie, Alec’s wife showed off her incredible weight loss just two weeks after giving birth to her second child, Rafael.

Her adorable 22-month-old daughter, Carmen, can also be spotted at the bottom of the Instagram picture.

“I have been planning on doing post belly photos but didn’t know if I was gonna have the guts to actually follow through. I hope you understand my intention here: I believe it is important to accept and love our form after going through a bit of a battle bringing life into this world,” she wrote.

“Deep breath, here we go…all the way from my glamorous hospital bathroom #ShrinkingBaldwinBabyBump#NoShame#LoveYourBody.”

“Rafael was 2 weeks yesterday and I didn’t post my weekly #ShrinkingBaldwinBabyBump,” Baldwin wrote. “Carmen has come in while I’m showering and getting ready for the day to terrorize my cosmetic products…My lipsticks are shaking in fear.”

Baldwin’s weight loss is incredible. But, of course, it helps that Baldwin’s a yoga instructor. “If you eat healthy and treat your body well, it will go back to its original state,” she told Daily Mail Online. “You’re body is brilliant. As long as you treat it well, it’s a machine. It’s like a car, if you put the right gasoline in, it’ll run beautifully, If you put the wrong gasoline in, the car won’t work as well.”

After giving birth to Carmen in 2013, Baldwin got right back to her fitness routine. “If you go little by little, you’re always in control; you’re not going to get hurt. Be smart, but don’t be afraid. You’re body is still your body,” Baldwin said.

Baldwin started out small by going for walks, but she eventually worked herself up to yoga classes and went to a ballet barre class at two weeks. At three weeks she went for a jog. And it looks like Baldwin has the same plan this time around.

She also attributed her weight loss to breastfeeding. “This is something I didn’t know: it burns a lot of calories,” she said.
