A man is dead after his car was involved in a collision with a tour bus carrying dozens of people through interior B-C.
Six ambulances and an air ambulance responded to the crash scene at about 4:00 p.m. local time.
The Royal Interior Hospital in Kamloops tweeted that it received 16 patients: one in serious condition, 15 others non-life threatening condition and stated that it was expecting additional 41 patients with minor to no injuries.
The driver of the car that collided with the bus died.
The Highway was closed in both directions for multiple hours Friday evening.
No word yet on if charges will be laid or what may have lead to the crash.
