Carrie Underwood Shares Post-Workout, No Makeup Selfie.
The country superstar (and new mom!) decided today was the perfect day to run outside … despite the not-so-perfect weather. Underwood has always been keen to her health and fitness — the 32-year-old has a new fitness clothing line and is constantly promoting healthy living.
She posted this selfie to her Instagram earlier today with a lengthy caption, summarizing her incredible morning work out routine, and even let her dog, Penny, lick her face clean. “Cloudy but no rain = perfect day to run outside! 1mi treadmill warm up, tabata arms and abs, finish up with a 3 mile run/lunge up the hills. I’m a sweaty mess, but fortunately I have sweet Penny to help get me cleaned up!
Carrie Underwood will return to co-host this year’s 49th annual CMA Awards with long-time buddy, Brad Paisley. The final nominees will be revealed on Sept. 9 and the event will air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 4 on ABC.
