Toronto Police are asking the public to look out for 55 year old Thomas Brailsford after he went missing Thursday.
According to police, Brailsford was last seen at around 2:30 p.m. on Thursday afternoon in the area of Jane Street and Bloor Street West and is considered “a danger to himself and others.”
Brailsford is described as six-foot-two, 215 pounds and has blue eyes, wears glasses and is balding. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants and black shoes.
This is the second time Brailsford has gone missing in the past year. Last September, police said he was located two days after escaping from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
If you happen to spot Brailsford, do not approach him; just call police or 9-1-1.
