Joe Giudice is breaking his silence on his wife’s stint in jail, and it sounds like Teresa Giudice is worse for wear and slowly breaking down while behind bars!.
“She’s holding up. I can’t say she’s doing great but she looks good,” ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ star recently told Entertainment Tonight, “She keeps her spirits up and tries to make us feel like she’s OK but she’s really not. She wants to be home.”
Revealing that Teresa’s “keeping herself busy” as she serves out her 14 month sentence in Danbury Correctional Facility, the reality star revealed that his wife’s daily activities include reading, exercising, eating and emailing her family.
Confessing to the site that the couple’s youngest of their four daughters, Adriana, “cries sometimes” when it’s time to leave her mum, Joe also revealed that their daughter is starting to get used to seeing her mum in the slammer.
“In the beginning, she used to cry and now she’s getting kinda used it so now she just goes, does her thing, plays with the other kids, and then we just go home and she’s happy about saying goodbye,” Joe said, “but I’m sure it’s killing my wife when we all leave.”
Whilst we’ll be getting a sneak peek into the Giudice household without Teresa in the upcoming three part special, ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In,’ airing later this month, it’s also thought that the reality star will be returning to the show that made her famous.
As we previously revealed, it’s thought that the star will once again be featured on ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ as the show documents her return home, as well as how the family cope when Joe surrenders for his 41 month sentence behind bars next year.
‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In’ is set to premiere on Sunday 11th October at 8pm on Bravo.
