Model and actress Stephanie Seymour got into a car accident in Connecticut on Jan. 15. Following the accident she was arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence!
Stephanie was allegedly going the wrong way at a stop sign when she was pulled over in Greenwich.
According to authorities, the actress and model, married to businessman Peter Brant, 68, also “smelled like booze” and was unsteady on her feet after she exited her 2015 Range Rover.
The 47-year-old was taken into custody after she refused to take a field sobriety test, police say.
The driver of the other car did not report any injuries.
Stephanie has previously sought treatment at a rehab facility, for an alleged problem with prescription pills.
In 2010, Peter Brant’s wife was ordered to undergo regular drug testing, and was forced into court after she missed a scheduled drug test while enjoying a sun-soaked vacation in St. Barts with 2 of her kids.
At the time, Stephanie claimed she did not see emails which asked her to meet with a doctor who had been sent to her hotel to perform the test.
