Construction begins on Quebec’s fourth and latest ‘Porsche Centre’

Porsche Cars Canada along with the Lauzon Group, officially broke ground on the newest location of a future Porsche Centre in Canada, Porsche Centre Rive-Sud.

Located at 1375 Boulevard des Promenades (between boulevard Sir Wilfrid Laurier and Chemin de Chambly) in St. Hubert, Porsche Centre Rive-Sud will be PCL’s fourth fully fledged dealership in the province of Quebec and will also be the headquarters for the Porsche South Shore City Showroom in Quartier DIX30 in Brossard, QC. Porsche Centre Rive-Sud is planned to open in the second quarter of 2017 with a 17 car showroom and a 15 bay workshop.

“Following the recent opening of Porsche South Shore City Showroom, Porsche Centre Rive-Sud will bring to life another outstanding facility in the Quebec province,” said Alexander Pollich, President and CEO, Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. “Teaming up with our partner Lauzon Group, this will complete our effort to bring the brand closer to the Porsche enthusiasts in the South Shore and offer our customers the Porsche experience that they expect.”

Porsche Centre Rive-Sud will feature more than 100,000 square feet over four levels. There will be a Porsche Exclusive configuration room, Porsche Certified Pre-Owned area, indoor parking for over 100 vehicles, and more than 4,000 square feet of area dedicated to After Sales. The state-of-the-art facility will have a waiting area with Carrera Café coffee bar, a business centre with two fully equipped private offices, an exercise room, and conference centre with ensuite for private events.

Porsche Cars Canada, an independent subsidiary of Porsche AG, imports and distributes Porsche vehicles in Canada. The company employs a team of 36 in sales, aftersales, finance, marketing, and public relations. Last calendar year, Porsche sold an unprecedented 6,413 units in Canada, up 30% over 2014.
