A former grade-school teacher pleaded guilty Tuesday to numerous sex-related charges involving eight minors in a Belleville court.
Jaclyn McLaren appeared in Belleville court Tuesday and entered the pleas with the Crown saying those seven counts were a representation of the crimes attached to all 42 of the charges. In addition, the court heard, each of the counts McLaren pled guilty to would relate to several victims.
The court heard there were eight victims in the case and McLaren had had sex with three students: two were under the age of 16 and the third was 18 at the time of their sexual interactions.
Some of the charges McLaren pled guilty to included possession of child pornography and luring.
McLaren is scheduled to be sentenced on May 19.
