The blonde bombshell is probably known best as CJ Parker in TV’s “Baywatch,” but it seems that actress and former Playboy Bunny Pamela Anderson had more secrets than she let the world in on.
In a report by CNN, it was during the launch of her animal rights charity, The Pamela Anderson Foundation, at the Cannes Film Festival, that she talked about her childhood, recounting what she said was not an easy one.
Anderson, 46, admitted she was molested in her home and raped at the age of 12. She went on to explain that during a visit to her then-boyfriend’s home, his 25-year-old brother decided to spend some time with her and teach her backgammon. He insisted to give her a massage and then raped her, making it her first sexual experience. The TV star also said that another one of her former boyfriends tried to have her gang raped.
Anderson vthen proceeded to explain her difficult family situation, and talked about her alcoholic father and her mother who had to keep two jobs. She added that while her family wanted to keep her safe, the only safety and solace she found was in animals. Currently, her Pamela Anderson Foundation deals with animal, human and environmental rights. She said her foundation aims to challenge world politics and to increase the protection of endangered animals.
