German tabloid Bild has published a photo of Prince William and Kate Middleton, highlighting the exposed bottom of the Duchess of Cambridge.
The controversial photo was taken during the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s royal tour of New Zealand and Australia in April.
The Bild picture is likely to spark a privacy row between the royal family and the European media, though Clarence House has not yet responded to the latest royal privacy breach.
Bild captioned the photo: “Photos show our favorite Duchess Kate, 32, in the Australian Blue Mountains. The rotor blades of the royal helicopter swirl the air so that Kate’s summer dress blew up – giving a clear view of her beautiful bum.”
So far, Middleton’s husband, Prince William, and his representatives have not yet commented regarding the issue, the Daily Beast revealed.
This is not the first time that Middleton has been photographed naked. Back in 2012, she was shot topless while on a lavish vacation in Southern France with Prince Willliam, US Weekly has learned.
The racy photos were later on published by French magazine Closer. Both the publication’s editor, Laurence Pieau and the photographer who took the images were charged after breaching France’s privacy laws, according to US Weekly.
Pieua was arrested back in July 2013 but prior to the arrest, she confessed to Agence France-Press that she had no regrets. “These photos are not in the least shocking. They show a young woman sunbathing topless, like the millions of women you see on beaches. It is a young couple that has just been married. They are in love. They are beautiful. She is the princess of the 21st century.”
