Police say three men approached the victim in a park near Nassau Street and Bellevue Avenue just before 1 a.m. Then there was an altercation between the men and the victim was stabbed. One person was killed and two others were injured during a shooting near Penn Station. An NYPD spokesman said the shooting occurred on in the subway station at Eighth Avenue and 35th Street at 6:14 a.m., following a dispute inside a nearby McDonald’s. The assailant followed the victims down the stairs and fired at least four shots, police said.
