A missing three-year-old boy has been found between two houses in a North York neighbourhood.
Shortly after 10 a.m., an ambulance was called to an address on Baycrest Avenue, about 300 metres from where the boy had disappeared during the early morning.
The child, who was picked up by paramedics, had no vital signs, CP24 reported.
The discovery came almost six hours after the boy had walked out of the apartment building where he was staying.
The boy, named Elijah, was missing from his bed Thursday morning when his family woke up around 7:30 a.m., in an apartment building in the Lawrence Manor district of Toronto.
The incident comes as the Greater Toronto Area is under an extreme cold warning, with the morning temperature at -18C, with a windchill of -29C.
