Matthew de Grood, the man accused of stabbing five people to death in Brentwood in April is expected back in court on Friday.
Matthew de Grood, 23, has already been found fit to stand trial. The crown asked for another mental review to determine if he could be found criminally responsible.
In mid-april De Grood, the son of a Calgary police officer, was charged with first degree murder in the stabbing deaths of 5 young people at a house party in Brentwood marking the end of the university school year.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for early March.
