Motorcyclist going 170 km/h fined $540 : Police

A motorcyclist caught speeding 80 km/h over the speed limit has been fined $540.

Police say they observed the motorcyclist travelling at 170 kilometers an hour on Valley Road as he approached Circle Drive. The speed limit in that area is 90 kilometers an hour.

The incident happened on the same day SGI told us there were 37-hundred speeding tickets handed out in Saskatchewan in August
