A 39 year old man has been charged with second degree murder after the body of his mother was located inside an Oakville home Monday night.
Police say the son had called police to Sheldon Avenue, near the QEW and Third Line, around 8:30 p.m.
He was then taken into custody.
No one else was home at the time.
Judith Wilson, 62, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have not said how she has died.
Ryan Porte, 39, is charged with second-degree murder and will appear in court on Tuesday.
