A 22-year-old man remains in critical condition after a boat collision on Jackfish Lake.
Police say a boat collided with a dock early Sunday morning around 12:50 a.m. It happened in the resort village of Aquadeo, 30 minutes north of North Battleford on the north end of Jackfish Lake.
Six men and a woman were in the boat at the time of the collision. Everyone else was treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries, with some taken to Battlefords Union Hospital. All have since been released, except for the 22-year-old man. All of the people in the boat were from the Wilkie area.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor. Police continue to investigate, and say charges are pending.
