Two young Shelburne County men are facing charges and fines of $2,418.95 after they were caught racing on Highway 103 on Sunday night.
Police say a Shelburne RCMP officer stopped two vehicles around 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
Police say the vehicles were travelling at speeds over 150 km/h.
A 19-year-old male driver was charged with stunting and his vehicle has been impounded.
Police say the driver of the second vehicle was told to remain at the scene, but he failed to comply with the order and left the area.
The 26-year-old man was arrested after he turned himself in. He is facing charges of stunting and failing to obey a police officer.
Both drivers have lost their licences for a week.
