Abbotsford’s Timothy Gregg Bachman has been charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching, according to Abbotsford Police Department.
The alleged offences took place in the 1990s and there is a court-imposed publication ban in place to protect the identity of the victim.
His bail conditions ban him from having contact with anyone under 16 or visiting any public parks, school grounds, swimming pools and community centres where children may be present.
The charges dropped last year involved an 11-year old girl abused between 2000 and 2004, but the judge determined the evidence of the alleged victim, who’s now in her 20′s, was unreliable.
