Halton Regional Police say two people were shot inside a chiropractic clinic in Burlington on Thursday afternoon.
The gunfire erupted at 12:05 Thursday afternoon inside the Mejilla Family Chiropractic clinic at Plains Road and Shadeland Avenue in Aldershot.
Witnesses describe hearing “three bangs”.
Officers on scene add that both men were transported to Hamilton General Hospital.
Halton Regional Police Sergaent Barry Malciw has not provided further information about their conditions, but he does confirm that investigators are not looking for a suspect and says there is no ongoing threat to public safety.
