Abbotsford’s Timothy Gregg Bachman has been charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching, according to Abbotsford Police Department. The alleged offences took place in the 1990s and there is a court-imposed publication ban in place to protect the identity of the victim.
