The suspect in a gas-and-dash case which left a city woman dead is now facing a second-degree murder charge.

Peel Police report Jermaine Wood has been taken into custody. And concern for community safety in regards to this matter is over. Jermaine Woods, 29, of Brampton, was wanted in the killing of a 61-year-old man.
