Tzou has been found overnight and returned to his owner. On Thursday, Oct. 2, around 6:30 p.m., a three-year-old St. Bernard named Tzou was in the back of a Dodge pickup truck when it was stolen in Vancouver’s Chinatown. The truck was later found abandoned in the Fairview area of Vancouver, but Tzou was nowhere to be found.
