West Hollywood is losing a celebrity. And this time it’s a real one, not one of those reality TV characters who troll our streets with paparazzi in tow.
According to the real estate Multiple Listing Service, a house at 9060 Harland Ave. in the Norma Triangle neighborhood is on the market. The owner is none other than country music queen Dolly Parton.
Parton bought the home in 2007 for $1.2 million. The current asking price for the West Hollywood home is $1.395 million.
The 1,095 square foot house sits behind its own gate in a private mini-compound.
Built in 1923, it features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, hardwood floors, plantation shutters, and a skylight.
The garage has also been converted into a private guest suite.
Trulia states Parton owns at least 15 other properties, most of which are in Tennessee.
