Actor Zac Efron has sold his luxurious bachelor pad in Hollywood Hills for USD 2.7 million.
According to RadarOnline.com, the 26-year-old star bought his old property in 2008 for $2.35million and made $425,000 on the sale.
The house has two bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a huge swimming pool and boasts stunning canyon views with plenty of privacy near the back patio.
It features 2,424 square-feet of living space and heated floors.
Zac has been making a number of changes in his life in an attempt to leave his wild ways behind after two stints in rehab last summer.
He recently opened up about his ”never-ending struggle” with drink and drugs and insists he’s in a better place now and attends regular Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) A meetings.
Zac said: ”I think it’s changed my life. I’m much more comfortable in my own skin. Things are so much easier now. I’ve never been this happy before.”
