Court clears Lieutenant Mark Tiller of Seneca police, who said he killed Zachary Hammond because the 19-year-old drove a car at the officer. Hammond, 19, was shot and killed by the police officer on July 26 during what investigators say was a drug sting in the parking lot of a restaurant. The officer has said he fired in self-defense.
