Michael Weatherly is leaving NCIS after 13 seasons, the actor confirmed via Twitter Tuesday. Michael Weatherly has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence. TMZ reports Weatherly was arrested in Hollywood earlier this month when officers found his blood alcohol content was “well above the legal limit.”
